Stand still and stop

Today was awful from start to finish. Got stuck in traffic for 40 mins over a broken down truck.
Went into work and found out the boss I like is off sick and quite run down.
Then I played detective and realised that my mum and 3 siblings had been keeping a secret from me that my dad was poorly in hospital. I was so upset I had to leave work and come home. Haven’t stopped crying since.
