Taking easy taking slow
I've been to a great party last night where Prosecco was flowing and fine food was served.
My Salmon Tart went down a storm, already shared recipe with all.
I came back at 4am, had a lovely and breezy walk as I live only street away.
Slept only wee time as I had to get up to chores.
Highlight for today was attending Sicilian Food Festival at local sicilian restaurant and watching someone making mozzarella into balls.
Oh yeah the food was amazing too!
