On the top of edinburgh

Under duress I took Toots and Pip on the Big Wheel.

They loved it. Me? I just stared at Jenner's, refusing to move my head. It wasn't as horrific as I had anticipated. But I won't be rushing back.

Toots on the other hand was very happy - 'we're right at the top of Edinburgh' and disappointed at the sane time - 'I thought it would be higher :-(' meanwhile I looked at the Scott Monument and panicked !

We had to retreat to Janie's Italian and oooo, we'll be back there sans kids.

And in other news, our family extension plans are taking shape. We now have a goldfish bowl awaiting new residents.
