Back blip

My father in law and grandmother in law came to stay Thursday night. We had a lovely evening. GmiL, for 91, was on good form and polished off a bottle of Rose all to herself! She recently got herself an iPhone and was happily showing her photos and videos. FiL looks so much better after his tripple heart by pass last year. Friday morning we went for a yummy breakfast before going separate ways. Got back to my desk for 10:30.
We were meant to exchange on my parents bungalow but sadly it didn’t happen due to some sort of miscommunication by the agent, the solicitor and the buyer....no idea what miscommunication there was but apparently we will exchange on Monday. Not overly impressed with the agent as this isn’t the first time there has been confusion! Anyone would think the buyer is paying their agent fees rather than my sister and I by the way I was spoken to yesterday when I queried what was going on! But anyway...it is what it is and we see what happens Monday.
I’m off to the bungalow (today) Saturday to say last goodbyes to the family home and I am taking one of my mums rose bushes. Not ideal to move one now but in anticipation of completion, I’m going to try.
