Close Call

I had another party tonight, this time on a boat, with good music that didn't play ANY CHEESE!

However, I got to the party with camera ready, to find I had no battery... not a single drop. and before the party I had not taken any photos having been at work all day!

Luckily, I got home at 11.50, which allowed me to grab my D40, flick the shutter speed up high and snap 'black'... it's pretty representative of my failure for the day, and I was in no fit state to go hunting for a good blip in the last 10 minutes.
