Friday

Work in the morning then a big sleep in the afternoon.
Ended up.in the Royal Edinburgh Hospital tonight. (Mental Health hosp). Last night and tonight having suicidal thoughts and I knew I needed help. Was there 7hrs between waiting and getting interviewed.
They are writing an email to my new psych to see whats going on. They looked at all my details on the system and could see what had happened Nd what had not.
I have to go back up on Monday for another chat and maybe they will have had a return email.
It was a really hard night, lots of feelings.
Now to get through the weekend.
