I've been using up the leftovers.
I had eggs and cream and bacon so went to make a flan from Rachael Khoo's Little Paris Kitchen which my son gave me. The pastry needed chilling so I left it over night.
What else uses eggs and cream - creme brûlée. Made the creme and discovered it needed to chill overnight. much cussing ensued
Today I finished the brûlée and went to get more cream for the quiche.
This is tonight's tea - Quiche Lorraine followed by creme brûlée. Maybe not the most healthy meal but at least I've got most of the eggs used (14).
Now what to make with the whites.....
Think I feel a pavlova coming on.
Oh well back to the shops for more cream later on.
