No Chocolate Tuesday

As my friend, and regular running partner started a new, full time job a month or so ago, we've lost our regular Thursday morning run slots. I've managed to catch up with her over tea and chocolate whilst C was at athletics on a Tuesday evening. This week we were more energetic, taking a run up to St Ives. Too warm for me, but healthier than the chocolate!
