Standing tall

Garden blip today as took a friend to the bus station for her Durham U3A trip, then yoga and more wallpaper stripping.
Thank you for all your good wishes for No2 son.  Visited him this afternoon.  The good news is that the endoscopy found nothing untoward.  Bad news is that they still do not know what caused the heavy bleeding.  He has had more blood tests and a Cat scan this afternoon and now awaits results.  He feels a fraud as he has no pain and now feels perfectly well.  I bought him a car magazine at the shop (used to be comics!) and he walked with me to the car park in his slippers as wanted some exercise and fresh air.  He is in a side room off the Gastric Ward on his own so has asked for his i pad so he can watch some films to relieve the boredom.  The hospital are keeping him in for another 2 or 3 days.
Off to WAP tonight to see Dutch Swing College Band.  Taking a fan as it gets pretty hot in there.
