Kingfisher hunt

A couple of days ago we saw a kingfisher here so we came back to try and get a photo. This time there was no sign of one.
The mystery of the plant has been solved. Last year I gave a passerby a piece of a plant which he had admired and thought he would be able to transplant. He dropped the aspidistra in as a thank you.
