Our new mini ice cream maker from Lakeland.
We treated ourselves to this lovely ice cream maker and experimented with some original fruit combinations.
It really does make excellent ice cream but the fridge needs to be -15 for it to work well.The photo shows our very first attempt. The next lot was much better as we added more double cream.
Raspberry dark chocolate and ginger was amazing.
We used baton chocolates and stem ginger from Kendal chocolate shop.
