Today's dissertation distraction was several little birds fluttering through the garden and presenting me with a new photograph challenge. Patio door opened and they all flew away. A little bit later, more distraction, more patience and a slightly less jittery robin and I managed an (I think) okay shot.

Berries are sharper than bird...but then the berries did seem more up for posing for a photo!

Right...best get back to studying then! Something about some kind of celebration happening later today?
