Colourful

A very productive day.  The sourdough loaf was cooked first thing and looks and tastes pretty good so I will continue with this.  Then it was off to the gym for a morning LBT and then Pilates session.  The teacher had been away for a week and gosh she really worked us hard.  Glad to report that last week I managed to touch my toes for the first time in several decades, I really didn't believe that I would get to do this again.  I can still manage it now, it has taken over two years of regular Pilates but well worth it.

After lunch I popped round to a friends house and just as I was leaving we spotted the Hummingbird Moth on her lavender, I just caught a glance of it before it flew off.  These Montbretia were putting on a good display so I took this colourful macro for Abstract Thursday.  Not sure as it fits the sportive subject other than you wouldn't want a 'red' flag waved at you in your race.

Then it was back to the allotment a busy day
