Quiet Last Day

It's been a great year. One to remember for all the right reasons!

The last day of 2012

Quiet day in Huntly. Went for a run in the morning with my wife. Beautiful place to run, so quiet and naturally beautiful in the countryside. Very different from the busy, hustle and bustle of auld reekie.

Managed to snap this wee dude in the garden, I have been trying to photograph a Robin for months with no success. Delighted to get one here, i'm getting quicker at fiddling with the camera settings obviously (or this may have been a particularly slow robin)

A quiet night in for New Year, hopefully with some whisky, looking back and looking forward.
