Another day, another garden!

This afternoon we decided to nip over to Dunblane and take Chloe for a short walk. Short on account of the heat, 23C on my car dashboard! We also indulged ourselves by purchasing a very tasty mince round from a local butcher. It didn't last long. Mince round for tea tonight!
Despite dire warnings of thunder, lightning etc, we have had a glorious hot sunny summers day - at long last!
There has, of course, been a good bit of garden watering this evening; the poor plants were beginning to wilt in the unaccustomed heat. Just as long as MaggieD and I don't wilt either!
