Roadside Poppies

I had just looked in to one of our local fruit farms to hand in a poster for our church “migrant workers “ ceilidh and had a lovely chat with the Polish girl in charge of the office - I liked the roadside view as I bumped my way along the farm road.

The countryside is looking lovely just now with the barley fields starting to change colour - very thundery heat but the predicted lightening and rain didn’t happen . There was enough rain last night !
