Burton Waters

This is where all the "New Money" in Lincoln is! And it's where the restaurant that I went to today is situated! Yes, for the first time since Christmas I went to meet up with the Ladies who Lunch! It was jolly good to see everyone again and have a chat!

The restaurant is Harbour Lights at Burton Waters, a very smart housing estate built around lakes. It is lovely! Being a midweek lunchtime, it was pretty quiet today. The service was fantastic, and the food was even better. I had haddock and Applewood smoked cheese fishcake, very chunky chips and salad. Yummmy! It's not the cheapest place, but good value - worth every penny!

There's a wooded area nearby, and a little square with a cafe, some little shops and other businesses.
