Urban Bunny

As I was walking to the hairdresser this morning I spotted a solo rabbit enjoying the grass by a pretty busy road. I know they're a nuisance but this one did look quite sweet. It let me get quite close to take the photograph but I didn't want to spook it and have it run off into the traffic.

Hair cut, some shopping done and now prep for one of our longest serving friends arriving for a couple of nights. Haven't seen her for over a year so will be good to catch up.

Gentle rain on and off and still very muggy. We didn't get the forecast thunderstorms overnight so maybe we're missing them this time.

Flora was spectacularly sick last night and seems unusually subdued today. Not sure what's wrong but I have told her that eating snails won't end happily so I've possibly been proved right. Just hope she gets better soon.
