snow pillow

Everyone needs a large slope of snow for a pillow - or at least that is what Zachary wanted! Yes it was our first day skiing and yes it is hard work but I am sure he actually didn't need a 'sleep' after lunch!

Fantastic to be back in the mountain and on skis - Sienna took to it with enthusiasm, the other 4 kids improved and Steve and I smiled all day.

What I love about this activity is that you really are just in the moment - one of the very few times in my life where the chatter in my head quietens down and I feel a sense of peace and calm. perfect.
