Beer Grills

My Dear Fellows & Dear Princess,

Kath was up from Blenheim this week. They were always part of the OrkneyCaro & G-Man circle back in Edinburgh, but they returned to NZ in 2002. So we had only hazy, drunken memories of them really.

Of course, since returning, we've run into them every time we've been to Nelson, and relationships have been rekindled. Kath decided to meet up with us at "Beer Meets Grill" on Cuba Street. The name says it all really, but I wasn't complaining.

Feeling nostalgic, I ordered a pint of "Up Yer Kilt" beer and a steak. Then I spent the rest of the evening enjoying the company. Kath had brought her mate Clodagh who is very very RUDE. 

Obviously I was appalled.

Funnily enough, the subject worked its way around to grooming of the foof area. So I was able to volunteer, "MY friend the Princess says..." and tell them all about your chats with your, er, "landscape gardener".

So that was good. I can see us meeting up with Clodagh again. I might attempt to hook up with Up Yer Kilt again too.
