The Colour of Winter (again)

These are Willow trees. The wonderful thing about these, here in Wanaka is that they turn this wonderful gold  colour for a few weeks and then go bark to green again. It’s kinda magic.....In todays extra some folk from The Boss’s photo group debate the details.  
Left to right...Spikes2013, acyclinggranny, “G” (not a blipper yet) and in the left corner MummaHen ( in the red). Acyclinggranny looks not impressed but probably needed her glasses.
Not visible was Travelling kiwi and MyDayToday2018 and “E” who used to be a member too.
