Glory Be

Up early this AM, quick dog walk then off to Caersws to view a motor with Bro. He gave the approval so will pick up next week. The excitement of a ford focus estate. Sensible car shopping. Anyone want to buy an aging honda estate with too many miles on the clock and varying mechanical faults? No?

Exchanged cars for bikes and picked out a nearby forest on the map for an afternoons riding. The Newt (Nephew) has a new Giant Glory (ebay bargain) so we had to go get it muddy. Up down up down. Then it was back to Bro's for a quick cuppa, on to friends for a shower and some tea (thanks Em) then on to a pampered chef thingy where a lady tries to sell you useless bits of kitchen ware you will store in a drawer and never use. I always go into stupid and sarcastic mode at these things and never buy anything. You'd think people would learn to stop inviting me ;)

Erny had just as much fun racing up and down the forest then visiting both his mum (nel) and best friend (tim)!

92 miles and 16 hours later, home to bed. Fun filled Saturday!
