Askham Bryan Wildlife Conservation Park

We went on a home ed trip to a Askham Bryan today to see the animals and listen to a talk about adaptation and diurnal/nocturnal/crepuscular/cathemeral animals. It was really interesting and the boys made some new friends. The two girls in this photo are from a 'world schooling' family who are educating their children by moving around the world to different countries and studying their languages and cultures. It sounds fascinating!
