Had to come home from work at lunch time. Wasn't coping and my manager saw it. Csme home, slept for over two hours. Have not moved from the sofa since. Have self harmed and cried.
I phoned work and agreed I'll do Thurs and Fri am only.
A very quick blip of flowers in my living room.
