Rose

A visit to the Bowen today and I drove there. First time I've driven in a month but also a decent distance - of around 20 miles. So chuffed with myself.

Came home and slept.

I am still out of pain in my shoulder which has given me a bit of a high. So nice to be able to live without any real pain for over a week now. Bowen did it for me as far as I'm concerned.

Legs are still wobbly but I'm getting used to it now despite everything.

Muggy day today

The extra shows our yucca flower which is beautiful difficult to photograph., for some reason. - it's so big over 5 ft tall now
