Another beautiful day...

Blue skies again but the clouds gave wonderful contrast fur a black and white photograph; haven’t done many of them lately!

I went swimming first thing so maybe I’m back into the habit and will keep it up most days.

When I got home sad to see in the local paper that my friend of many years had died. Years ago we shared a flat for a while; we hadn’t seen a lot of each other in the intervening nearly 50 years but kept in touch and I’m pleased to have got up to meet her in Ormskirk and Southport fairly recently.
