Mince & Mash

Always good when you don't know what else to fix. And also good for a blip when you don't have anything better. But, not to worry! Tomorrow night--New Years Eve--is our prime rib dinner, so that will make up for tonight. It's just for us, our kids, and their spouses. Adults only, no kids. We have prime rib, baked potatoes and caesar salad. Makes for a very nice evening and the parents have a chance to enjoy a great dinner away from the kids. Can't wait!
