It’s ok not to be ok...

Today I found out a friend of 36 years (since pre-school) ended her life yesterday.
From the day I met her we were friends. We were the only 2 non-Catholics in a catholic school so bonded through that. We were both tall and went to dancing classes together. She always wanted to go to university, travel the world and become an art teacher and she did.
She had her whole life planned down to a t but after the birth of her 2nd child 2 years ago she suffered with Post natal depression and she lost her husband, home, job and then her children were taken into Foster care because no family could help.

My heart is truly broken
