I will survive

When this street was opened, many years ago, the local authorities decided to preserve this magnolia instead of cutting it down. It was a good idea and the tree has always been growing alone in the middle of the street as a symbol of things that should be looked after well.
Obviously they didn't intend it to be used as rubbish dump as it is happening these days.
