People

I live opposite this construction site. For random reasons people think they can dump stuff there. When I moved here four weeks ago it was one TV. A week later it was two. Then a closet this weekend. When I returned home after I took this picture, there were about 3 bags of rubbish and other random garbage. I do not get why people lack a pair of brains.
