A pudding about to prove its worth

Fab end to our work meal out at the Shandon Belles, in the form of this pudding.

Fig compote with the lightest sticky toffee pudding ever, and splosh of creme anglaise. Preceded by Greek style beef stew.

Wonderful.

The walk back to Central station proved quite cathartic!
