Just A Survey

Telesales person: 'Ah good morning Sir. I hope I can take just a few moments of your time to conduct a short survey. Don't worry, I'm not selling anything.'

'Have you had any loans or credit cards in the last three years?'

Me: 'Are the letters PPI lunging in the direction of this conversation with ill-deserved confidence? If so, I'm not interested'

Telesales person: 'On average we have re-claimed three thou...'

Me: 'I'm putting the phone down now and I have three letters for you: TPS'

I'm looking forward to a New Year free of such surveys, but I've a feeling I'll quickly be disappointed... These are calls that'll not be missed!
