Hidden River

You have to know where to look to find the River Medlock in Manchester City Centre. It weaves its way between tall buildings - new and old - and in places is culverted (eg at First Street). Hidden and uncelebrated.

I see that today’s challenge is unexpected reflections. I hadn’t looked for any of those, but on close inspection - and unexpectedly - they are here.

This was taken looking over a bridge parapet on Oxford Road, en route to my first meeting of the day.
