Saharan Storms

Crazy crazy weather at the moment...
I've had such a mad headache all day, a combination of having to have a difficult conversation and the pressure in the atmosphere I think.
An early night for me!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Bumping into a homeless friend on my way to this tense conversation, his advice was to ask the Holy Spirit to help me - loved that!
2) Asha having a fun afternoon with a friend she's not seen in ages.
3) Praying friends.
