Pancakes with maple syrup, with a side of bacon. Only when we go out for breakfast. after a really big breakfast, and some soothing tea for me, and a strong coffee for Ben. We walked over to check out.Girls were in a giggly gerty mood bursting into hysterics over anything. I am sure it was from the pure maple syrup from brekkie. Lucky their laughter is rather infectious, and it had other guests smiling away with them.

One thing I love about staying at crown is that you walk over the a joining bridge from your hotel to the movies, everything is just so easy with little kids.Even if it is rather expensive and oh so la di da it adds to the magic of it. Maddie loved watching ladies walk past all dressed up, with lovely necklaces, and rings their hair all styled and pretty. every now and then she would pull at my hand and say, mum look at that dress isn't it amazing.

The kids laughed their way through the movie.I haven't seen a adult movie in a theatre at all this year.

Another walk along south gate, this time instead of artists with paints and pencils, it was performers, musicians and live statues. The girls really enjoyed this. They skipped and danced along to the music and listen and clapped to the singers and performers. Their fav by far was the two ladies who had dressed up as statues, one all dressed in white, who when you placed money in her hat would come alive and blow kisses at you and wave, and the silver angel who would come alive and sprinkle fairy dust over you when you placed money in her hat. There were ones that they were a bit weary of like the man who ate a sword, and a man dressed as a goblin.

Lara was just happy to chase the birds along the river, and twirl around in the sunshine. Bailee spotted a boat going by and asked if we could please go on that next time we visit.
Yes the city is very exciting, and colorful, but after two days, Bailee was asking to go home and do her coloring books, nothing beats home sweet home.
