The Boat Trip

We hired a boat for the day at Gaios harbour, and after about an hour tuition, I was made Captain and we set off to circumnavigate Paxos Island which is roughly 7 miles x 3 miles.

The photo' shows Pappanikoli Cave on the west side of the island that is big enough for large boats to enter. We anchored up where I took the photo' for a swim and some lunch.

The extra shows the chapel of Kaltsonisi on the small island of Kaltsonisi off the south tip of Paxos.
