Cookies & cream fudge brownies

Another productive day in the kitchen. Carrot & coriander soup, chickpea & mushroom curry and these brownies (still cooling in the tin).

After both meals I've had a reaction to something (most likely sulphites in the sweet chilli sauce and in the curry paste). So a red face and itchy skin - such a good look...

Tomorrow we're having pizza - from a box. Ready made!
