Been bakin'...

... Almost happy with them but not quite.
It's ages since I did any baking.
Recently, we were out and had some savoury rolls that were a cross between a sausage roll (but veggie) and a kind of croissant.
I had a bash at my own take on that.
They contain feta, pine nuts and spinach.
These are almost it, but the flavour isn't quite what I was seeking.
(I shan't be making them often, they were a bit of a faff).
Note to self, add some mint from the garden to the next lot.
We were starving by the time they came out of the oven; I had forgotten that there would be raising time for the yeast to work!

We should have gone to see the Elderly One but we have hit the wall, and in the greater scheme of things it's all ok enough.

(I wonder how long the 'sausage' rolls will last? I have popped a couple in the freezer. Which might be a Big Mistake. It's all very well making it up as you go along, but then you're a bit off piste with practicalities).
