10k Done

So we ran along the lower level then up the hill I took this from. A uninspiring out and back coastal run, legs just said no from 7k finished but feel quite unwell this afternoon shivering and can only think it's lactic acid, and the on going joint problems from drugs.. Not pretty sight coming across the finish or indeed last 1k. Medal is nice
