Sun Rise

Ray had to be up by 5am this morning, as he was marshalling for Msport in Greystoke Forest. First time he has done it for over a year while he was ill. As I packed the picnic in the van for him I observed this beautiful sunrise, with the mist lying over the River Derwent.
