River Coquet, Rothbury

On a three mile walk with walking group friends along a stretch of the river coquet from Rothbury to Thropton. There was a posing pelican in the river, but it was airborne before I got the camera out of my pocket. Though there were plenty of opportunities for river reflection shots: this one looked the most interesting with clouds appearing to be blocking the neck of the river.
