Cholesterol Berries

We are constantly being told we should eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. What they don't tell us is that some of this stuff is not good for us.

Beloved had a blood test last week. A couple of days later she got a call from the surgery saying her cholesterol level was on the high side. They discussed Beloved's diet, not the weight loss kind of diet, to see if they could work out why.

Turns out the problem is grapes. Apparently grapes can raise our cholesterol levels. Who knew?

Like I said, 5 a day can be bad for us.
