Sausages!

A curates egg of a day today.

We made some sausages today, and we have ended up with quite a few now, around 40 or so. A mix of pork and sage, pork, nutmeg and paprika, lamb and mint and lamb, garlic and rosemary. Should keep us going for a while. The freezer is groaning now!
