Bonidale

A fine sunny morning, but clouded over in the afternoon, and breezy.  A fine evening, but still overcast. 

Up early for a Saturday, and this cold is still lingering.  Puttered about the house this morning, and then headed out before lunchtime.  Me and Sammy headed to the hills for a hike, stopping off at peerie cousin Leona's on the way home.  Popped along Madeline's for a cuppa in the afternoon.  Time to get ready, and heading to a wedding tonight.

Although it's been a dry day, the ground is still soaking!  It didn't put me and Sammy off a walk.  We hiked over the hills, until we came to the two old abandoned houses at Bonidale.  Last time I was here, this old house still had it's roof on, but fallen in to major disrepair since.  A couple of my friends grew up here, and must have been some trek in and out, as there's no road here.  Shame the sun wasn't shining when I arrived here.  Taken at Bonidale, with Dragon Ness in the distance, Lunning.
