Back end, front end!

It was MrMags birthday today and I took a days annual leave so we headed off to Edinburgh for the day! First we visited the Music Museum at St Cecilia’s- a fascinating collection of antique instruments. On the way there we spotted this cow (see extra for the front end!). Next we walked to The Meadows and had lunch in a fabulous quirky wee bar called The Royal Dick so called because it’s in the building that was the Dick Vet School names after its founder. Then we went on the Pickerings Gin Tour. Can highly recommend it if you’re in Edinburgh. Once back in the West WiFi and Mr Mags sister and partner popped in for fizz. The day finished with an amazing meal in The Spanish Butcher! It really has been a lovely way to spend a day!
