Frogs

I had a trip to Rainham Marshes today with some folk from camera club. It was a great place to visit, great people to go with, but my photos were dire! If you have a Canon 100-400mm ii then do not get the 2x extender as it's crap with that lens. Anyway, I should have stayed in bed as now I really feel ill... doctor booked for Monday PM.
