Neighbors

One of the great traditions of the 4th of July is the parade of neighbors.  At a specified time, many families dress in red, white & blue outfits, then parade the neighborhoods with their children (usually on a bicycle), and of course, the family dog.  Everyone waves and seem to be very happy.  I wish this happened more often.
