the gorgeous sunshine has made the first sunflower open in the garden and it's already enjoying some insect visits!

Had a pretty crap night of sleep last night due to restless leg syndrome which seems to have recently appeared - unwanted! - in my life! It's so annoying so I'm now doing the dreaded google search to try and find a cure!
