Small Tortoiseshell

I went over to Gowy Meadows this morning where you can usually guarantee seeing Small Tortoiseshells at this time of year.  I was not disappointed. I also saw a few Painted Ladies (who have migrated to the UK in their thousands again this year) and my first Gatekeeper of the season.
