I was awake before 5am and J9 was achy, but we wanted to do something as it was such a lovely sunny day. So we headed off to Norton priory, the ruins and old carved stone coffins were pretty cool, but the main win for us was the 2.5 acre walled gardens. They were beautiful to see & smell and even better there was a small courtyard tea shop for a relaxing cuppa. I can’t believe how quiet it was too. Definitely going back there.
